About Civil Service College, Mauritius (CSCM)
The college is incorporated as a private company with the sole shareholder being the Government of Mauritius. It has been in operations since 16 November 2015 with the launch of training sessions on Customer Service Excellence and Leadership
Vision: To be a Centre of Excellence in training and development to transform the public sector.
Mission: To enhance the competencies of public officers for service excellence through capacity building and talent development.
