About Merchant Seaman Academy (MSA)
The college was established on the 22nd June 2013 and incorporated on 17th May, 2013 under Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 by CAC and accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and also by the Nigerian Maritime Association and Safety Agency (NIMASA), and Nigerian Merchant Navy respectively. This is a career developing Academy that is geared toward total human capital development.
