About Aden Adde International University

Aden Adde International University (AAIU) is a non-profit institution, registered with the Ministry of Higher Education of Somalia. The conception of AAIU took place in late 2015 with a group of Somali intellectuals led by Prof Dr. Osman Aden, a prominent physician and geneticist who has spent his entire life in the service of his people.
