About Kenya Medical Training College KMTC Mombasa Campus

Started in 1948 as a School of Nursing offering training of Enrolled Nurses and Midwives at the Lady Griggy Maternity, Coast General Hospital Mombasa with a few Students in each class and has grown to a Campus with six programs with a student population
of over one thousand.
The United Kingdom Government constructed hostels; NG-CDF Mvita constructed a Tuition
Block at Ksh. 50 million, through the area MP Hon. Abdulswamad Shariff.
