About Kenya Medical Training College KMTC Port Reitz Campus

The Campus is located in Changamwe Constituency Mombasa
County. It borders Moi International Airport, Standard Gauge
Railway Mombasa terminal, and the Port Reitz Hospital.

Year of Establishment: 1985.

Inception and Growth:
The Campus was started in 1986 as a School of Clinical Medicine.
Up to 2005, the Campus only trained Clinical
Officers. In 2005, the Department of Medical Laboratory Science
was started and subsequently more Departments have opened up.
