  Entry requirements:
  1.Five credit passes in SSCE,NECO in English, Mathematics and the Subject of Study and two other credits in any of the Social Sciences and Arts subjects in not more than two sittings.
  Candidate shall meet Departmental Requirements in the Options.
  
  2.Direct Entry students must have NCE at minimum or Merit in the relevant area of the programme

  Admission requirements:
  (a) Candidates through UTME must have SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE O’Level credit passes in at least five subjects in any of the Arts, and Social Science subjects: CRK/BK/IRK/Islamic Studies, Arabic, Literature in English, Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa, Government, History, Economics, Commerce, and Geography.
  (b) In addition to ‘a’ above, candidates for Direct Entry must have at least merit passes in Diploma/NCE/Advanced Level in Arts and Social Sciences disciplines.

  Admission requirements:
  1. Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalents with credit level passes in five (5) subjects at not more than two sittings. The candidate must also earn an acceptable score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
  2. Candidates seeking admission by direct entry into the 200 level, must have at least five (5) O/L credits, two of which must be at Advanced Level or approved equivalents.
