•  Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso  
  Admission requirements:
  Admission to 100 level is on the basis of performance in the University Matriculation Examination (U.M.E.) conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) or good performances in the Pre-Degree Science Programme final examination.
  In addition, candidate must have at least five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology at the S.S.C.E/G.C.E O'Level or its equivalent in order to qualify for admission into any of the faculties. For this purpose, a combination of credit passes at ”0” Level in five science subjects and at not more than two sittings is acceptable.
  Candidates are also required to fulfill such faculty and department entry requirements as may be prescribed from time to time.
  
  Admission by Direct Entry
  Admission to 200 level by Direct Entry is based on the performance at the G.C.E. ”A” Level Examination or its equivalent. Applicants with any of the following qualifications may be considered for admission by Direct Entry, provided all the five subjects at '0' Level are obtained at not more than two sittings;
  ND with upper credit/HND/N.C.E. at credit level in relevant subjects (plus U.M.E. requirements) may be considered for admission into the 200 Level.
  Penalty for Gaining Admission with Falsified Credentials/Certificates
  Candidates admitted to the University are seriously warned in their own interest, not to present false credentials/certificates to the University for their admission. The laws that established LAUTECH empowers the Senate to deprive any person of any degree, diploma or other award of the University which has been conferred upon him/her if, after due enquiry, it is discovered that the candidate has fraudulently gained admission into the University or obtained that award.
•  University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Makurdi  
  Minimum entry requirement:
  1. Ordinary level Requirements
  -Five credit passes in GCE (or Equivalent) examination at not more than two sittings with at least two passes at the Advanced (‘A’) level GCE;
  -Four credit passes at advanced level or its Equivalent
  
  2. UTME Requirements
  -The Senior Secondary School or the School Certificate/General Certificate of Education (SSCE/GCE) ordinary level credit passes in five subjects including Chemistry, Physics and Biology for Sciences and Mathematics, English, Economics, Commerce or Accounting, Government and Biology/Agric. Science for Management Sciences)
  -Grade II Teacher’s Certificate with Credit/merit passes in at least five subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Economics;
  -An acceptable score in the UTME as may be determined by the University from time to time; and
  -JAMB combination MUST include Mathematics, Economics, and Accounting or Commerce
  
•  Sokoto State University, Sokoto  
  Admission requirement:
  Candidates for admission into the four-year degree in Economics should posses a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), General Certificate of Education (GCE), National Examination Council (NECO)Certificate or their equivalents with at least five credit passes, at not more than two sitting including Mathematics, English Language and Economics. In addition, candidates must have acceptable passes in UTME.
  
  Direct Entry
  
  Candidates for Direct Entry admission shall possess in addition to five credits in GCE, SSCE, NECO or their equivalents, an Advanced Level qualification such as IJMB, GCE A-level, or NCE or OND in relevant areas as stipulated in the JAMB brouchure.
•  Michael Okpara Federal University of Agriculture, Umudike  
  Course entry requirements:
  (i) Direct entry
  (a) Two “A” Level Passes in Chemistry and one of Zoology/Botany/Agricultural Science/Biology, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Geology, Economics and Health Science
  
  
  
  (b) OND/ND at upper credit level in Business Admin., Accounting, Marketing, Agribusiness and Management or related discipline.
  
  (ii) UTME
  -Five SSCE or its equivalent credit passes in not more than two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science and one of Geography, Physics or Economics
  
  (iii) UTME subjects
  -English Language, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science plus Mathematics or Physics
•  Benson Idahosa University, Benin City  
  
  Entry requirements:
  1.Obtain passes at the Advanced Level GCE or HSC/HND in Chemistry and at least one of the following; Biology, Zoology, Botany, Agricultural Science, Physics, Geography, Economics or Mathematics.
  2.Candidates who have obtained OND at approved Agricultural, Fisheries, Forestry, and Wildlife Schools with at least credit Passes in addition to UME requirements may be eligible for direct entry.
  3.NCE (Agric. Science) from a recognised College of Education, NND or HND from a recognised College of Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry and Wildlife with at least a credit pass.
  4.HND or NND in the Science (Chemistry, HND or NND Zoology, Botany, or Biology).

  Admission requirements:
  Direct Entry:
  At Least two ‘A’ level credits in Chemistry and one of Zoology, Botany, Agricultural Science, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, and Economics.
  At Least Upper Credit OND/HND in Agriculture. Candidates must in addition meet UTME ‘O’ Level requirements.
  
  UTME:
  At least five ‘O’ Level credits in English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology or Agriculture, and any other science subject in not more than two sittings
