A cumulative weighted average of at least 65% for the honours degree or a weighted average of at least 65% for the final year of the four-year bachelor’s degree

Note: Additional work/modules may be required in order to reach the desired level of competency

(a) An Honours Degree in an African Language with an average of 60%.
OR
(b) Recommendation after an interview/screening process where less than 60% was obtained.

Course Duration:
Minimum of one year and maximum of three years.

• An Honours degree in African languages or any other relevant qualification considered by Senate as sufficient and appropriate for admission.
