  Minimum entry requirements:
  Option (I): Direct Entry Scheme (Form VI) Qualifications
  - Possession of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) or equivalent, with credit passes in five approved subjects, obtained prior to sitting for the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) or equivalent; and
  - At least two principal level passes in approved subjects in the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE); and
  - Recognition of Prior Learning certificate (RPL) with average of B Grade approved by TCU shall be eligible for BLIM programme.
  - Foundation Programme with at least a GPA of 3.0
  
  Option (II) Equivalent Qualifications
  - Diploma in any of the following fields: Library and Information Management, Records Management and Archives Administration, Education, Information Communication Technology, Information Technology, computer science, Secretarial studies, Youth Development Work (CYP), Journalism and mass communication, Information Systems, Social work, Law, Human Resources Management, Agricultural sciences and Business Administration with an average of ‘B’ or GPA of 3.0 with not less than four passes at O’ Level (D’s and above) or NVA level III with less than four O level passes

  Minimum entry requirements:
  a. Direct Entry
  - At least two principal level passes at A-Level. If the principal passes do not include Mathematics then the applicant must have a credit in Basic Mathematics or pass in Additional Mathematics at O-Level. Minimum admission points: 4.5.
  b. Equivalent Entry
  - Diploma in Records and Archives Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or Library and Information Studies or Information and
  Communication Technology with an average of “B” or GPA of 3.0.
