  Minimum entry requirement:
  -A Baccalaureus Technologiae: Engineering: Civil, or a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, or a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or a Bachelor of Engineering Technology Honours in Civil Engineering, or an NQF Level 8 qualification in Civil Engineering (or a related field), obtained from a South African university, with an aggregate of 60% for the final-year of study
  -Candidates with a baccalaureus technologiae will be required to complete bridging modules: Engineering Data Analysis, Research Methodology and Systems Modelling (or their equivalents) at NQF Level 8. Candidates who have not completed these bridging modules before registration, will be required to complete them concurrently with this qualification.
  -Holders of any other equivalent South African or international qualification may also be considered
•  Vaal University of Technology, Vanderbijlpark  
  Duration: 1 year
  
  Minimum entry requirement:
  -B Tech: Engineering: Civil or an NQF level 7 qualification in Civil Engineering (or related field) with an average of 60%.
  -Holders of any other equivalent South African or foreign qualifications may also be considered based on the department’s assessment of these qualifications and the candidate’s suitability for admission into the programme.
  -A SAQA evaluation certificate will be required to be submitted upon application for admission by candidates with foreign qualifications.
