•  Bowen University, Iwo  
  Course entry requirements:
  (i) All candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree obtained from a University approved by Senate and with a grade not less than Second Class Lower Division.
  (ii) A candidate with less than Second Class Lower Division plus a Postgraduate Diploma with a minimum of Upper Credit in a relevant field from a recognized University.
  (iii) In addition to (i) and (ii) above, candidates must satisfy the Ordinary Level requirement of five (5 subjects which must include English Language, Mathematics and any other three (3) subject as may be specified for the programme of choice.
  
  Candidates in regular employment or employed at Bowen must indicate such and must submit with their applications, formal letter of release to Postgraduate College.
  
  Applicants who are not graduates of Bowen University must request their former Universities or institutions to forward directly to the College Administrator, College of Postgraduate Studies, Bowen University their academic transcripts as applicable.

  (i). Candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas from OAUSTECH or other recognized universities with a minimum of Second Class Honours.
  (ii). Candidates with Third Class Honours Degree or HND (in relevant areas) with appropriate Postgraduate Diploma from any other recognized institutions with minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a 5 point scale (or at least Upper Credit in the Postgraduate Diploma). In addition, the holders of HND, PGD/PGDE certificates should satisfy the basic School Certificate or GCE Ordinary Level entry requirements.

  Specialization options: Entomology, Parasitology, Hydrobiology and Fisheries.
  
  Course entry requirements:
  a) SSC or its equivalent with credit passes in at least 5 subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Biology Chemistry, and other relevant subjects at not more than two sittings.
  b) B.Sc. Degree in either Zoology, Biology, Hydrobiology, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Agriculture and allied courses with a minimum of second class lower Division.
  c) Candidates who possess B.Sc. with a minimum of Third Class or HND at Upper Credit Level and University PGD in Zoology at Upper Credit level may be considered for admission.
•  Kwara State University, Malete  
  Course entry requirements:
  -Graduates of Kwara State University or other recognised universities who have obtained the approved degree of Bachelor with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
  -Candidates with Second Class Lower Division may, however, be considered for admission. Such candidates may be subjected to qualifying examination.
  In addition to above, a candidate must satisfy the university’s requirements for matriculation.
