  Minimum entry requirements:
  1. Holds Certificate of Secondary Examination (CSEE) or East African Certificate of Education (Cordially Level) or Equivalent with 0.7 GPA and above in 7 best subjects or 5 passes Or 0.6 or 4 passes in CSEE and one of the following:Either
  (i)Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (ACSE) with at least 0.7 GPA Obtained in 3 combination subjects, Or at least 2 passes
  (ii) Education Diploma with at least 2.7 GPA or C average
  2. Holds certificate of foundation course with an average of B grade from recognised institutions including OUT.
  3. Degree or Advanced diploma holders who wish to join in this programme also qualify
