Course Entry Requirements:
- Candidates must have an MPhil in Science Education or Physical Education or any related discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 or CWA of 60 or better from a recognized university. Candidates with MEd with research in Science Education or Physical Education or any related area with a CGPA of 3.0 or CWA of 60 or better from a recognized university OR Candidates with MSc/MA with research in Science Education or Physical Education or any related area a CGPA of 3.0 or CWA of 60 or better from a recognized university and has a MEd in Education, PGD in Education or Diploma in Education may enrol on the programme

To qualify, applicants should be holders of research-based (MPhil) in Science Education preferably second class lower in the course work from a recognized university.
Applicant becomes a candidate for the PhD degree on after obtaining a minimum CGPA if 3.0 in the course work of the programme and should have obtained a minimum of Grade B in the research methods course.
