  Course entry requirements:
  Applicants must possess EITHER
  (a) A good first degree in mathematics with CGPA ranging from 2.50 to 2.99 on a 5 point scale (that is, 2.50 -2.99 on a 5.00 scale) or candidates that hold a good first degree in courses other than mathematics from Universities recognized by Ebonyi State University.
  (b) A (H.N.D) with credit level pass in the relevant areas. In addition to (a) and (b) above, the candidate MUST have at least 5 credits at the O' level in not more than two sittings at the WAEC/NECO.
  These credits must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and one of Chemistry, Biology or Economics.

  (i) Full time:
  Minimum: 3 years
  Maximum: 5 years
  
  (ii) Part time:
  Minimum: 24 months
  Maximum: 36 months

  -Five (5) Credit passes at not more than two sittings including English Language and Mathematics.
  
  -Candidates with a Bachelor degree from Bells University of Technology, or any other approved University, with a minimum of Third Class degree in relevant discipline.
  
  -Holders of HND in relevant programmes from approved institutions with a minimum of Upper Credit may also be considered for admission.
  
  -M.Sc and Postgraduate Diploma candidates may be required to satisfy the requirements of relevant Department in a selection process.
  
  -In addition, candidates will be required to satisfy other requirements of the Postgraduate School.
