•  Osun State College of Technology, Osun  
  Course requirements
  (i) Applicants must possess relevant National Diploma in the proposed course as listed above
  from the Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke or any recognized Polytechnic of
  equivalent status plus at least one year post-ND Industrial work experience.
  
  In addition, applicants must satisfy all the requirements for admission into the relevant ND
  programme of choice in the Faculty of Environmental Studies, Osun State College of
  Technology, Esa Oke, which should include four (4) credits passes in GCE ‘O’Level or
  SSCE of WAEC or NECO or NTC of NABTEB obtained at not more than two sittings. At
  least a pass in English language is compulsory.
  
  (ii) Applicants must possess credit passes in Mathematics, Economics and any two (2)
  credit passes from the following which must include One (1) Science subject:
  Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Principles of
  Accounts, Government, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Block Laying and
  Concreting, Woodwork and Metalwork.

•  The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ilaro  
  Course requirements
  
  (a) A National Diploma in Estate Management and Valuation obtained at not less than the Lower Credit level from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro or from any other Polytechnic accredited for the programme, or its recognized equivalent plus a minimum of one year post qualification relevant industrial work experience.
  
  (b) The candidate should also request his or her institution to forward his or her official academic transcript under confidential cover to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.

  (i) A minimum of Five (5) Credit Passes in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or GCE O’Level obtained in subjects relevant to the Course of Study at not more than two sittings.
  (ii) Graduates of Ogun State Institutes of Technology, Igbesa or Diploma Certificate from recognized polytechnics.
  - with a minimum of National Diploma Certificate not below LOWER CREDIT (i.e CGPA not less than 2.50)
  - with a minimum of One Calendar year Post National Diploma relevant Industrial Work Experiences (SIWES).
  (iii) National Diploma Certificate at PASS level plus 2- year post IT

  (i) The National Diploma (ND) in Estate Management and Valuation with minimum of Lower Credit in the field of interest and (5) Relevant Credits at SSCE,NTC, GCE, WAEC, NECO, NBC or NABTEB level.
