  Applicants must possess National Diploma in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or
  Course requirements
  (a) Business Administration and Management with a minimum of Lower Credit grade from the
  Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke or any recognized polytechnic of equivalent
  status with at least one year post-ND industrial work experience.
  
  (b) Applicants must also possess minimum of four (4) credits in GCE ‘O’Level or SSCE of
  WAEC, or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB obtained at not more than two sittings from
  English Language, Mathematics and any other two from the following subjects: Economics,
  Commerce, Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Statistics, History, Government,
  Geography, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry and Physics. In addition, they must
  possess the appropriate National Diploma.
  
  (c) Applicants who possess ATS or ICAN foundation stages are qualified to apply for admission
  into Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.
  
  (d) Applicants with Advanced Certificate in either Accountancy or Banking and Finance are also qualified to apply.

  -Candidates must possess the minimum entry requirements for the National Diploma (ND) programme in Accounting
  
  -They must possess the National Diploma of Abia State Polytechnic, Aba or the equivalent from recognized institutions in the appropriate disciplines with a minimum of Lower Credit Pass (CGPA of 2.50)
  
  -They must have by the expected date of admission, completed a minimum of twelve (12) calendar months post National Diploma industrial Work Experience relevant to their field of study.
  
  -Candidates with CGPA below 2.50 must have completed a minimum of two years post ND cognate work experience

  Course requirements
  
  (i) Applicants must possess a National Diploma obtained at not less than the Lower Credit level from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro or from any other Polytechnic accredited for the programme, or its recognized equivalent plus a minimum of one year post qualification relevant industrial work experience.
  
  
  (ii) The candidate should also request his or her institution to forward his or her official academic transcript under confidential cover to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
