  Admission requirements:
  In order to qualify for normal entry candidates must satisfy the Entry Requirement specified in the General Regulations and in so doing must also meet the following requirements:-
  The candidate must have obtained a PASS at A'level in at least two of the following subjects or their recognized equivalents:-
  
  Mathematics and either Physics or Computing
  
  Special entry: candidates who have successfully completed a National Diploma in Information Technology or its recognised equivalent may apply for entry into Part 1.
  
  Mature Entry: candidates who are at least 25 years of age on the first day of the academic year in which admission is sought and who are not eligible for entry under the Normal or Mature Entry Regulations may apply for Mature Entry provided that:
•  Africa University, Mutare  
  Basic Entry Requirements:
  - 5 ‘O’ level passes or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics. At least two GCE Advanced level passes in any of the following subjects: Accounts, Management of Business, Economics and Mathematics or an approved Diploma in Management related field or professional qualification. One year exemption for those who are fully employed and have at least two years work experience in relevant areas.
  
  
  Course Duration: 4 years, full time|4 years parallel
•  Great Zimbabwe University, Masvingo  
  Admission requirements:
  Normal Entry
  At least 5 ‘O’ level passes including English Language , Mathematics and any Science Subject
  At least two ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics and any other ‘A’ level subject or either ‘A’ level Computer Science.
  
  Special Entry
  Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
  
  Duration:4 years
•  Women's University in Africa, Harare  
  Course entry requirements
  
  - Minimum of five ‘O’ level passes including English Language and Mathematics; and
  - At least two ‘A’ level passes in relevant subjects, OR a relevant Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Studies/ Information Technology and at least 2 years relevant work experience
  
  Course duration: 4 years
•  Harare Institute of Technology, Harare  
  Entry Requirements:
  At Least Two ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics and Physics or ND in Computer studies or IT
  Five ‘O’ level passes including Mathematics and English Language.
  Be ready to be a fulltime student on campus for the Regular Programme. or
  Be employed fulltime in a Computing environment for the Parallel Programme
