  Course entry requirements
  Applicants must fulfill one of the following:
  (i) Pass at least five (5) subjects at CSEC/GCE/SSC including English Language, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering Science and two other technical and or science related subjects, with grade I, II or III / A, B, or C. Grade III pass in CSEC must be after June 1998
  (ii) Mature Student Entry/Prior Learning Assessment. Applicants falling in this category must be over twenty-five (25) years, with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a specialized area of the industry. Applicants will be accepted based on an assessment of their prior learning. Each applicant must submit an academic portfolio for individual assessment. NB: At least a semester prior to attending.
  (iii) Achievement of a 2.8 GPA in the Pre-Engineering Course (PEC)
