  Course entry requirements
  -Five (5) CSEC / GCE subjects including English Language* and Mathematics* with grade I, II or III/ A, B or C. Note that a grade III pass in CSEC must be after June 1998 or any equivalency recognized by the University Council of Jamaica (UCJ).
  -Equivalency courses available to persons who do not have required CSEC/GCE/SSC pass in these subjects.
  
  Mature Entry
  -Candidates over the age of 25 years who do not have the academic qualification required will need to have completed at least five (5) years industry experience and should submit a portfolio.
  
  Course duration: IV semesters
