  Admission requirements:
  Direct Entry :
  A candidate for Direct Entry into the degree programme of the College of Law, Osun State University must have;
  
  A two-year or three-year Diploma Certificate (Upper Credit) of Osun State University or any other recognised institution, plus credit level passes in at least five (5) papers, including English Language and Literature in English, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (S.S.C.E.) or G.C.E. “O” Level examination or their equivalent; or
  Three (3) papers at principal level in Higher School Certificate Examination (H.S.C.E) or General Certificate of Education (G.C.E.) Advanced Level, together with credit passes in not less than three other subjects including English Language and Literature in English in the S.S.S.C.E. or G.C.E. “O” Level examination or their equivalent; or
  Two (2) papers at Principal Level in H.S.C. or G.C.E. Advanced Level plus credit passes in four (4) other papers (including English Language and Literature in English) in the S.S.S.C.E. or ‘G.CE. “O” Level examination or their equivalent; or
  A degree, in a relevant discipline, of Osun State University or any other recognised University of not less than a Second Class Lower Division.
  Candidates that have successfully gone through the approved and relevant University Sub-Degree programme may be qualified for admission, provided they possess other admission requirements as stated above.

  Admission requirements:
  Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME): Candidate for admission into the Faculty must possess at least senior secondary school certificate or GCE Ordinary level with credits in (5) five subjects, including English Language, English Literature and Mathematic obtained at not more than TWO sittings. The candidate must also have an acceptable pass in the UTME.
  
  Direct Entry: (a) Candidate must satisfy the requirements of five (5) credit passes in GCE, WAEC or equivalent but TWO of the papers must be passed at advanced level. (b) Passes Two-Year or Three Year Diploma in Law (Upper Credit) from a Nigerian University or equivalent Institution plus Credit passes in three papers, including English Language and English Literatures in SSSC, GCE O/L or equivalent and a pass in mathematics OR (c) Three (3) papers at principal or Advanced level in Higher School Certificate or GCE A/L together with credit in English Language and English Literature in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or GCE O/L or equivalent plus a pass in mathematics, or (d) Two (2) Papers at principle or Advanced level in HSC or GCE A/L plus Credit in three papers (including English Language and English literature and a pass in Mathematics) in SSC Examination or GCE O/L or their equivalent
•  Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma  
  Entry requirements:
  (i) By Joint Matriculation Entry Mode:
  A candidate for admission into the Faculty must possess at least S.S.S.C.E. or G.C.E. O' Level with credit passes in five (5) subjects including English Language and English Literature obtained at not more than two sittings. Such a candidate must also have at least, a pass in Mathematics or a Science subject. Not more than one commercial or allied subject, such as Commerce, Business Methods, Account, Book ­Keeping, Typing, etc. is acceptable.
  
  (ii) Through Direct Entry Mode:
  
  A candidate for Direct Entry admission shall possess five credit passes in the G.C.E or S.S.C.E. or equivalent including English Language and English Literature obtained at not more than two sittings or of which at least two shall be at Advanced Level provided the credit passes at the ordinary level include English Language and English Literature: or
  A good honours degree or postgraduate degree of the Ambrose Alli University or of any University or College of approved standard in the discipline.
  Every direct entry candidate should also have at least, a pass in Mathematics or a Science subject. Not more than one commercial or allied subject, such as Commerce, Business Method, Account, Book-keeping, Typing, etc. is acceptable.

  Admission Requirements
  
  UTME:
  
  Candidates of this category must possess Senior Secondary Certificate, or an ‘0’ Level Certificate with credit passes in five (5) subjects, including English Language and English Literature obtained at not more than two sittings. At least one of the credits must be in a science subject or at least pass in Mathematics, such a candidate must also have an acceptable pass in the Joint Matriculation, Examination.
  
  Direct Entry:
  
  Candidates of this mode of admission must conform with the National Universities requirements for direct entry. Those include:
  *Must satisfy U.T.M.E. requirements in (i) above plus A two-year or three-year Diploma certificate or second class upper or lower division degree in related courses;
  *Must satisfy U.T.M.E. requirements in (i) above plus Three (3) papers at Principal or Advanced level in the Higher School Certificate or G.C.E.
  *Must satisfy U.T.M.E. requirements in (i) above plus two papers at principal or Advanced level or H.S.C or G.C.E.
•  Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti  
  Course entry requirements:
  -Current Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination (UTME) Result
  -Five O' Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and IGCSE) Credit Passes at one sitting to include English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English, and any other 2 Social Sciences or Arts Subjects are required for admission into College of Law.
  -Five O' Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and IGCSE) Credit Passes at one sitting to include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology are required for admission into the MBBS Programme.
  -Other Programmes: Five O' Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and IGCSE) Credit Passes at not more than two sittings to include English Language, Mathematics and three (3) other subjects relevant to course of study.
  -Results of PAST Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examinations (UTME) are not allowed.
  -Candidates awaiting SSCE results or its equivalent can also apply for admission provided they qualify when results are available.

  2. Satisfy the general entrance requirements which are either passes in:

  -or three (3) subjects at GCE A level (one of which must be at least grade D or above)
