•  Great Zimbabwe University, Masvingo  
  Entry Requirements:
  
  Normal Entry – In addition to the general University requirements, a candidate must have three good ‘A’ level passes and at least five ‘O’ level passes including English Language with at least a B grade to be admitted into the LLB (Hons) programme.
  
  Mature Entry – A candidate must satisfy the General University requirements. A candidate must be at least 25 years of age and must not be eligible for normal or special entry. Not more than three places are reserved for mature entry applicants.
  
  Special Entry – A candidate must hold a relevant qualification in the legal field or a qualification with substantial legal content at Diploma level and must have five ‘O’ level subjects including English Language. Preference shall be given to public servants such as magistrates and prosecutors in the Ministry of Justice, as well as police and army officers. Not more than five places shall be reserved for this group.

  Course entry requirements
  
  Normal entry
  -At least five Ordinary Level passes or equivalent including a good pass in English Language with a grade B or better.
  -At least three good ‘A’ Level passes preferably in Arts subjects or any subject combination deemed appropriate by the faculty board with a minimum of twelve (12) points
  
  Special entry
  -At least five ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent, including English Language with a grade B or better and any relevant Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  -The applicant shall be required to write and pass a test set by the Faculty of Law before admission.
  
  Mature entry
  -Applicants should have suitable or relevant post-school experience and should satisfy the University and the Faculty of their ability to complete the degree.
