Course entry requirements:
-Be a graduate of the University of Nigeria or other recognized universities with at least a third
class honours and having obtained a CGPA of not less than 2.00 on a 5-point scale or its
equivalent.
-Be holders of HND with a 3.50 GPA on a 5-point scale or its equivalent.

Course duration:
(a) For students with Estate Management Background:
- Full-Time: Minimum of two (2) semesters and a maximum of four (4)
semesters.
- Part-Time: Minimum of four (4) semesters and a maximum of six (6) semesters.

(b) For students without Estate Management background:
- Full-Time: Minimum of four (4) semesters and a maximum of six (6)
semester
- Part-Time: Minimum of six (6) semesters and a maximum of eight(8)
semesters.

(a) A first degree, not lower than Third Class, in the relevant discipline.
(b) Higher National Diploma (HND) of at least Lower Credit level or its equivalent in the relevant or related discipline.

Course duration:
(a) Full-Time students shall normally spend between eighteen (18) and twenty-four (24) months.
(b) Part-Time students shall normally spend between eighteen (18) and thirty-six (36) months.
