  Minimum entry requirements:
  1. Direct Entry (Form Six)
  - Principal PASS at “D” grade or higher in CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY and PHYSICS, at ADVANCED (“A”) level. Preference will be given to applicants with “C” Passes or above in CHEMISTRY or BIOLOGY, in that order.
  - THOSE without Physics should have Principal pass at “C” grade or higher in CHEMISTRY or BIOLOGY and a “C” grade or higher in CHEMISTRY or BIOLOGY [Five points or higher (C + D = 5 points) from two subjects].
  - For those who completed “A” Level in 2014 and 2015 (B + C = 5 points from two subjects)
  
  2. Equivalent qualifications:
  (i) Holders of Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees from recognized institutions majoring in BIOLOGY or CHEMISTRY.
  (ii) Holder of a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized and accredited Institution by NACTE with an average of “B+” in the Diploma

  Course Entry Requirements:
  Direct Entry Qualification:
  - Three principal passes in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with minimum of 6 points: A minimum of D grade in Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
  
  Equivalent Qualification:
  - Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0. In addition, an applicant must have a minimum of “D” grade in the following subjects: Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and English at O-Level.
  
  
  Course Duration: 4 years
