  Admission requirements:
  For admission into 100 level, candidates must possess credit level passes in five subjects at the SSCE/GCE O'Level/NECO/NABTEB or equivalent, obtained in not more than two sittings. The subjects passed must include English Language and Mathematics for the Sciences & Management Sciences programmes and English Language for the Humanities Programmes Candidates awaiting SSCE/GCE O'Level/NECO/NABTEB results may also apply provided the result would be available at the time of Matriculation.
  
  (B) Direct Entry into 200-Level:
  Candidates for admission into 200-level must have, in addition to requirement for admission into 100-level, passed G.C.E(A/L) in 2 relevant subjects or passed NCE, OND, HND or equivalent at not less than lower credit level.
  
  (C) JAMB REQUIREMENTS
  100 Level Candidates are required to sit for the 2017/2018 UTME of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and attain the prescribed cut-off marks. This is a statutory requirement for admission into Samuel Adegboyega University. Applicants are to ensure that their UTME subject combinations qualify them for their chosen programmes. Direct Entry candidates must obtain the JAMB Direct Entry Forms. Candidates, who did not choose Samuel Adegboyega University initially in their 2017 UTME but are interested, are also eligible to apply for admission and participate in the admission screening exercise of the University.

  Course entry requirements:
  (i) UTME (JAMB): Candidates applying for admission into the University through JAMB UTME must have a minimum score of 160, with subjects English, Chemistry, Mathematics and any of Physics Geography, Agricultural Science or Biology.. Post-UTME screening will be conducted for interested all interested candidates to ensure that only the best students are admitted as well as to maintain high educational standards.
  
  (ii) O’Levels: The candidate must have not less than five credit passes (at one sitting) or six credit passes (at two sittings ) in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or General Certificate Examination Ordinary Level (GCE, ‘O’ Level) organised by the West African Examination Council (WAEC) or the National Examination Council (NECO), including English and Mathematics. Five Credit passes in English, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology to all categories of students seeking admission is mandatory.
  
  (iii) Direct Entry: As from the second phase of development, General Certificate Examination Advanced Level (GCE A’ Level) holders with a minimum of 9 points plus ‘O’ Level English and Mathematics, OND with a minimum of credit pass; or graduates of recognised related programmes may be considered for a direct entry. Candidates need Two ‘A’ Level Chemistry and any one of Physics, Mathematics or Biology in that order.

  -Five O' Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and IGCSE) Credit Passes at one sitting to include English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English, and any other 2 Social Sciences or Arts Subjects are required for admission into College of Law.

  The minimum entry requirement for undergraduate programmes at Oduduwa University is credit level passes in 5 subjects at the O’Level examinations. There are other requirements peculiar to some certain colleges and departments.
  Prospective students must attain the UTME cut off mark.
