  Minimum entry requirement:
  The student wishing to join the program of BLS should have completed six years of Secondary Education with the following minimum qualification:
  
  -Advanced Certificate awarded by the Rwanda Education Board (REB) or its equivalent from a recognized institution with at least two principal passes in any of the following subject combinations:
  -Physics-Chemistry-Biology (PCB),
  -Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology (MCB),
  -Biology-Chemistry-Geography (BCG)
  -Advanced Level Certificate of Education (A2), Option in Medical Laboratory Sciences/Technology or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

  Duration: Four(4) Years
  
  Attendance Mode: Fulltime
  
  Minimum entry requirement:
  To be admitted, prospective candidates must have two (2) Principal passes with at least twenty four (24) points in two of the following subjects:
  
  Physics-Chemistry-Biology OR Mathematics-Chemistry –Biology OR Biology-Chemistry-Geography
•  Kibogora Polytechnic, Nyamasheke  
  Duration: Three(3)Years
  
  Attendance Mode: Day
  
  Minimum entry requirement:
  Successful completion of secondary L6 in MCB, PCB, BCG or similar program of study, with primary passes in biology and chemistry. A2 laboratory technicians considered for admission to Level One. Ability to study in English
