  Entry requirements:
  (a) UTME Admission
  
  The entry requirements for the five year programme are five credits in WASSCE or NECO or GCE (O/L) or equivalent at not more than two sittings. The credits should be in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and two others from Geography, Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology, Government or History and Technical Drawing. Candidate is expected to have at least a pass in Physics.

  (b) DIRECT ENTRY Admission
  
  Candidates may be admitted to the 200 level of the programme if they have any of the following in addition to the UTME requirements specified in A. above:
  
  1. Advanced Level passes in Economics and at least, any one of Mathematics, Geography, Biology or Chemistry; or
  
  2. OND in Estate Management or any field relevant to Environmental Planning, Design and Management with at least Upper Credit; or
  
  3. Any other equivalent qualifications

  Candidates seeking admission through the University matriculation Examination (UME) organized by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) must in addition to passing the entrance examination at the University-specified level, should posses the Senior Secondary School Certificate of Education or its equivalent with credit passes in at least five subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Economics and any other two from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, geography, Agricultural Science, Technical drawing and Fine Arts. The five credits must obtained in not more than two sittings .
  
  Direct Entry:
  
  Holders of degrees in related disciplines, HND Estate Management, Higher School Certificate (HSC) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) advanced level in tow relevant subjects may be admitted into the programme provided they also meet the entry requirement of five credits mentioned in 5.1 above.
•  Oduduwa University, Ipetumodu  
  Admission Requirements:
  The minimum entry requirement for undergraduate programmes at Oduduwa University is credit level passes in 5 subjects at the O’Level examinations. The subjects must include English Language, Mathematics and one relevant subject obtained at not more than two sittings. There are other requirements peculiar to some certain colleges and departments.
  Prospective students must attain the UTME cut off mark.
  2 or 3 A' Level Credit Passes are required.
  
  OND, HND, NCE or other Certificates from a recognised institution are accepted for Direct Entry.

  Admission Requirements (JAMB/Direct Entry):
  The minimum entry requirement for admission into Lead Ciity University is GCE O/L, SSCE/NABTEB/ NECO or equivalent credit level pass in five(5) subjects, including English Language, and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings. Those with additional (Direct Entry) qualification such as University Diploma, NCE, IJMB, OND, GCE 'A' Level or equivalent professional qualification etc are to proceed from part II. However, candidates awaiting result may apply provided evidence of results would be available before resumption.
