  Admission shall be granted to holder of either of the qualifications below:
  -Principal passes at “C” grade or higher in Chemistry or Biology or Physics/Mathematics provided that the other two subjects are not below “D”. Preference will be given to applicants with “C” grade or above in Chemistry or Biology in that order.
  
  -An appropriate Diploma/Advanced Diploma with three principal passes at any grade in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at A-Level.
  
  -Appropriate Diploma/Advanced Diploma with at least three credit passes at any grade in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English at O-Level and has passed Diploma/Advanced Diploma with an average of “B” grade or above. Preference will be given to students who have attempted A-Level.

  Minimum entry requirements:
  - Two Principal passes at “D” grade or higher in Chemistry, Biology or Physics/Mathematics [A minimum of 4 points (D + D = 4 points) from two subjects] OR
  - Holder Diploma/Advanced Diploma with an average of “B+” in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Institute recognized by NACTE .
•  Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences, Dar es Salaam  
  Duration: 3 years
