  -A Holder of an Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) either in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, Marine and Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering with at least a GPA of 3.0 from a recognized institution.
