  Course entry requirements
  (i) Passed the Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in two (2) subjects and one (1) of them is the subject related to Islamic Studies; or
  (ii) Passed a qualification equivalent to STPM such as A-Level, provided that the candidate has passed at least one (1) Islamic Studies subject for the qualification; or
  (iii) Passed the Matriculation programme or a qualification recognised as a Foundation in Islamic Studies with minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
  (iv) Graduated with overall grade of Maqbul in the Malaysian Higher Islamic Religious Certificate (STAM); or
  (v) A recognised Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in Islamic Studies or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.00; and
  (vi) Passed the Arabic language subject at the Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) level.
