  -Five (5) O'level passes in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE), National Examination Commission (NECO) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) or their equivalent, three of which must be at credit level and to include: English Language, Biology or Health Science and any of Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Geography, Agricultural Science and Commerce, at not more than two (2) sittings. A pass in mathematics will be an added advantage.

  Three (3) Credit level passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB or its equivalent in not more than two (2) sittings in English Language, Mathematics and any other science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Geography, Technical Drawing, , Health Science or Food and Nutrition. In
  addition to the initial three (3) Credits level passes, two (2) other science subjects at ordinary pass level are required.
