  Course entry requirements
  (i) A-Level
  -Minimum Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
  
  -Pass SPM or equivalent with minimum three (3) credits including Mathematics, Chemistry and one any other subject. The credit requirement at SPM level can be waived should the grades obtained at the STPM / A-level / Diploma / Matriculation / Foundation level are equivalent/higher.
  
  (ii) STPM
  -CGPA 2.00 and above with minimum of Grade C (GPA 2.00) in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
  
  -Pass SPM or equivalent with minimum three (3) credits including Mathematics, Chemistry and one any other subject. The credit requirement at SPM level can be waived should the grades obtained at the STPM / A-level / Diploma / Matriculation / Foundation level are equivalent/higher.
  
  ​(iii) Matriculation or Pre-Study in Medicine and Pharmacy
  -CGPA 2.00 and above with minimum of Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
  
  -Pass SPM or equivalent with minimum three (3) credits including Mathematics, Chemistry and one any other subject.
  
  -The credit requirement at SPM level can be waived should the grades obtained at the STPM / A-level / Diploma / Matriculation / Foundation level are equivalent/higher.
  
  (iv) Foundation in Sciences
  -CGPA of 2.0 and above with minimum Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
  
  -Pass SPM or equivalent with minimum three (3) credits including Mathematics, Chemistry and one any other subject
  
  -The credit requirement at SPM level can be waived should the grades obtained at the STPM / A-level / Diploma / Matriculation / Foundation level are equivalent/higher.
  
  (v) ​Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree/ Equivalent
  -CGPA 2.00 and above with minimum of Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
  
  -The credit requirement at SPM level can be waived should the grades obtained at the STPM / A-level / Diploma / Matriculation / Foundation level are equivalent/higher.
  
  (vi) ​UEC
  -Minimum Grade B in 5 subjects, including Chemistry,
  Biology/Physics/Mathematics, and any other three subjects.
  
  (vii) SAM/WAEC/NECO/Candian Pre-u
  -Aggregate 60% inclusive of Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
  
  (viii) International Baccalaureate(IB)
  -Minimum score of 26/42 in 6 subjects including Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Physics.
  
  (ix) Other qualifications deemed equivalents to STPM/A-Level by Malaysian Qualification Agency
  -Aggregate 60% inclusive of Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.

  International applicants who do not meet the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement will need to improve their proficiency by enrolling into the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929) which helps them prepare for attaining a required band score. Placement into the various levels of the English for Tertiary Education programme depends on the English Language qualification students have at the point of admission and/or the outcome of the English Placement Test.
