  Course entry requirements:
  Applicants must possess any ONE of the following:
  A. WASSCE
  i) Credit passes in Five (5) subjects including (3) core subjects (with at least D7 in two of them), plus
  ii) Credit passes (A1 – C6) in two (2) electives.
  
  B.SSSCE
  i) Credit passes (A – D) in five (5) subjects comprising three (3) Core Subjects including English Language and Mathematics, plus
  
  ii) Credit passes in two (2) elective subjects.
  
  
  
  C. GCE 'O' Level
  i) Credit passes (Grade 6) in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics and a Science subject.
  
  
  
  D. Teacher's Certificate ‘A'
  i) Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ from a recognized College of Education or Institution.
  
  
  
  E. Certificate in Pre-School Education from the University of Education, Winneba.
  
  
  F. Mature applicants
  
  i) The applicant should obtain at least 25 years by August 1, in the academic year in which one wants to apply
  
  Course duration: 3 years
•  DHI College of Health and Education, Kumasi  
  Course entry requirements
  -SSSCE/WASSCE with five {5} passes or equivalent (SSSCE: A-E WASSCE: A1-E8)
  -A distinction or credit in pre-school certificate from an accredited institution
  -Teachers certificate ‘A’
  -People with higher qualification can apply
  -Mature Candidates: applicants should be 25 years and above and must pass of an entrance examination
