  Course entry requirements:
  (a) Candidates for admission into the PhD programme should possess First and Masters degrees in the relevant areas from Benue State University or any other recognized university.
  (b) Candidates are required to possess any other relevant qualifications as may be required by the postgraduate school general regulations.
  (c) Candidate must meet the general university requirements for admission into postgraduate programmes of Benue State University.
  (d) Candidates shall be required to take a written and oral examination to qualify for admission. At Masters level, candidates are expected to have scored not less than 60% average or a CGPA of 3.00.

•  Lagos State University, Lagos  
  Course entry requirements:
  i Candidates with a minimum of 4.0 CGPA in Master of Education (in relevant areas of the area of specialization) from Lagos State University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Lagos State University.
  ii In addition, Candidate must possess any of:
  a Five credit, passes at O’ level or Teacher Grade II certificate including
  English Language.
  B LASU Foundation Certificate
  c A pass in Mathematics is acceptable for Social Science Programmes.
  Meanwhile evidence of NYSC discharge certificate or exemption/ exclusion certificate is a must for every candidate
  
  Course duration: Minimum of six (6) semesters and maximum of ten (10) semesters.
