  Admission Requirements:
  Relevant bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree with at least one applicable biological subject as a major or Bachelor of Environmental Health with specialisation in environmental management
  A weighted average of at least 60% in the biological science or specialisation modules at final-year level
  
  Selection Process:
  The 3 candidates who meet the admission requirements and with the highest merit point score calculated as follows, will be admitted:
  Academic merit (25%)
  Honours degree or four-year bachelor’s degree specialising in environmental management (20%)
  Completed FLG 322 at UP or any other tertiary courses on occupational health and safety (15%)
  Registered at the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions or other professional body (PB) (15%)
  Motivation letter (10%)
  Scholarship/sponsored/nominated (5%)
  Workplace relevance (10%)
  
  Duration of study:
