-Students who obtain high rates in the General Secondary Certificate are encouraged to enroll in it. -Students who have obtained the General Secondary Certificate of the United Arab Emirates or its equivalent from the Ministry of Education are allowed to join it. Education and youth, the literary and scientific section, to apply to the section, provided that their minimum success rate is 70%.
