- Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with a minimum of two years work experience from recognized institutions that are in urban related professions. Candidates will also be required to submit a research proposal and when shortlisted for admission would be invited for a selection interview. Candidates from the following backgrounds are eligible to apply: Architecture, Public/Business Administration, Settlement/Development Panning, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management/Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics, Geography, Economics population Studies, Land Economy/Real Estate, Social/Political Science, Sociology/ Psychology, and Development Studies.
