Course Entry Requirements:
- Candidates must hold Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class (Lower Division)) in Land Economy, Real Estate, Planning, Law, Geomatic/Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Economics, Sociology, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Natural Resources Management, Construction Technology Management and other related degree from recognised institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of two years relevant industrial or research experience. All candidates must attend a selection interview and pass the interview before admission.
