  Course entry requirements:
  (i) Direct admission
  -KCSE Mean grade C+ (plus) or its equivalent. C+ (plus) in Biology or B- (minus) in Biological Sciences and any one of the following: Mathematics or Chemistry
  
  (ii) Indirect admission
  1 Two principals and one Subsidiary pass at A level or equivalent, one of which must be in Biology and in any other science subject OR
  
  2 A minimum of C (Plain) in KCSE and Diploma in Animal Health/a credit pass in Animal Husbandry, Wildlife Management, Range Management/ Agriculture/Medical Laboratory Technology and related disciplines from recognized institutions subject to Senate approval OR
  
  3 Degree in Biological Sciences from institutions recognized by Egerton University Senate.
