  2. A-Levels or Equivalent
  -Candidates should have a minimum of two (2) principal passes in Mathematics and Physics and a subsidiary level pass in Chemistry with a credit pass in English at O-Level.
  
  3. Applicants with a Diploma (Technical Education Programme) in Secretarial of Nairobi Technical University or an equivalent qualification
  
  4. Applicants with a Higher Diploma (H.Dip) in Secretarial offered by Nairobi Technical University or an equivalent qualification.
  
  5. Candidates with a Diploma in Technology (Dip.Tech.) in Office Administration of Nairobi Technical University or an equivalent qualification.
