•  Kenyatta University , Nairobi  
  Admission shall be granted based on the following criteria:
  
  (i) A holder of B.Sc. (MLS)
  
  (ii) A holder of a general B.Sc. degree with an upper second class honours in the following areas: Biological Sciences; Pharmacy; Food Science and Environmental Health.
  
  (iii) Those with Second Class (Lower Division) may be considered on condition that they have grade “B” and above in units relevant to their areas of specialization.
  
  (iv) A holder of an equivalent undergraduate degree to i-iii above from recognized universities.
  
  
  
  Course duration: 2 years
•  Maseno University, Maseno  
  Duration: Four(4) Years
  
  Minimum entry requirements:
  - MBChB, MBBS, MD or equivalent medical degree from Universities recognized by the University Senate and have worked for at least two (2) years after internship.
  - Registered or registerable as a medical practitioner by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
