  Minimum entry requirements:
  - At least first degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Medicine and Community Health, Nursing, Veterinary Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences (Zoology major), Medical Laboratory Sciences at a level equivalent to Lower Second Class division or Pass, and any other discipline with adequate grounding in biomedical sciences acceptable as foundational for the study of Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science clinical courses from MMUST or an institution of higher learning recognized by MMUST.
  -Candidates NOT from veterinary medicine and health related fields must hold at least an Upper Second Class Honors’ level degree from MMUST or an institution of higher learning recognized by the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology Senate have at least two years proven research, relevant teaching or other work experience
