  Course requirements
  
  (i) Master of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field granted by JKUAT or by an institution recognized by the University Senate, OR,
  
  (ii) Other qualifications recognized by the University Senate as being equivalent to (i) above.
  
  (iii) In addition, each applicant must have successfully defended a Ph.D. proposal before he/she can be registered as a PhD student.
  
  
  Course duration: 36 months
