  1. A minimum CGPA of 2.50 for matriculation/STPM; and
  
  2. A minimum of:
  
  MUET - Band 3, English for SPM - 8E/E; and

  1. A minimum CGPA of 2.50 for Diploma of Nursing, registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia (LJM), and have Annual Practicing Certificate (APC);

  A minimum CGPA of 2.50 for any Diploma; and
  
  2. A minimum of pass in English for SPM; or Band 3 in MUET; and
  
  3. A minimum of 6C/C for any of subjects below for SPM: Pendidikan Islam / Tasawwur Islam / Pendidikan al-Quran & as-Sunnah / Pendidikan Syariah Islamiah
