-A minimum of Second-Class Lower Honor degree in any of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering , Electrical Engineering and Building Engineering.
-PGD of Bells University or its equivalent from other accredited Universities.

Course entry requirements:
a) A Bachelor of Science degree in Building with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division Candidates in Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying from Covenant University or any other recognized University can also apply.

b) All candidates must satisfy a departmental selection committee in a written examination or an interview or both.
