  Application Requirements:
  
  Candidates for entry into the above named course shall:
  
  -Be at least 19 years of age
  -Have evidence of graduation in the course for which they want to be instructors, this does not necessarily have to be an aviation course.
  -Be proficient in the English language.
  -Be of sound health
  
  Note: Depending on the applicants education back ground, applicants who do not have a science background may be subjected to a basic mathematics class prior to full enrollment into the desired course to take care of the knowledge gaps that may affect the training effectiveness. This is aimed at ensuring effectiveness in student learning and timely accomplishment.

  3. Student evaluation and testing
  4. Course development
  5. Lesson planning
  6. Classroom training techniques
  7. Techniques of applied instructions;
  8. Use of training aids;

  10. Human performance relevant to ground instruction
